Metal Upgrades

Don't want your silver jewelry to tarnish? Continuum silver is a fairly new option in tarnish resistant silver. It is highly tarnish resistant and much harder than standard sterling silver. This additional hardness means more secure stone setting and your ring will be more durable. Continuum silver is not tarnish proof and can tarnish under the right conditions but we have only seen it happen once since we have been using it. If you are looking for something tarnish proof, we do offer stainless steel and white gold as an option.

Stainless steel is great if you are looking for a hypo-allergenic metal option. We use 316L stainless steel (commonly referred to as surgical steel) for our rings. It is very hard, holds its polish well and does not scratch easily.

We also offer the option of upgrading to 14k gold. Choices include 14k white, yellow or rose gold. All of the gold options will hold up better than sterling silver but won't be quite as hard as stainless steel. Gold will be the most expensive option and we will need to know your ring size to give you a price quote. We work with platinum as well if your budget allows. Call for a quote in gold or platinum!
